"Zoe"means life.
Trauma leaves broken lives - wounded hearts, wounded caregivers, wounded leaders.
ZoeRoots exists to encourage life and hope at the root of trauma by connecting
counselors, educators, and advocates to Haitian leaders, missionaries, and NGO's.

In Kreyol, Zo' means strength and a will to succeed beyond any obstacle!

Zoe Roots has opportunities for individuals, groups, and families to get involved in the work we do. Professional trauma counselors are needed at our Breathe Retreat. We also need massage therapists, yoga instructors, child care providers, photographers, hair and nail stylists, and hospitality. Other options exist depending on your professional skills, abilities and interests.
