Trauma has been the headline for almost every newscast in 2017. Whether it be floods, hurricanes, fires, terror, shootings, threats, or victims bringing their assaults and injustices to light – trauma is our human language. It’s hard on our minds and hearts to constantly. carry. so. much.

Because of YOU in 2017-

        We held 2 Breathe Retreats for          expats and missionaries serving in Haiti.

      39 adults & 18 children came to rest,              learn, and heal from the constant            demands of living in Haiti, the poorest            country in the western hemisphere.

We promoted family as THE alternative to Haiti's orphanage crisis at our 'Family Preservation Symposium' in September.

 We expected 30 people to attend but had 103 registrations with 98 in attendance! 32% of attendees were Haitian leaders.

             We chose 6 orphanages for                  family reunification and preservation. 

200 children live in these dire and lonely orphanages. ZoeRoots will respond by therapeutically intervening with Haitian counselors for the children. 80% have families unaware of the damage their children suffer.

             With YOUR support in 2018 -                                 

We'll host our 3rd Breathe Retreat.

We'll host our 2nd Family Preservation Symposium in May.

We'll begin Ann Kenbe Fanmi and the work of therapeutically reuniting children from unfit orphanages with their loving families.
